I understand that seeking mental health support can be anxiety inducing and challenging for many people, and I am to make therapy a comfortable and safe space for all.

In my personal life, I find joy in simple moments—spending time with my husband and our two-year-old daughter, being in nature, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
